I love this flyer from 1982, made by Zach Hitner. I imagine this imagery might be lost on kids these days, what with them being the spawn of the baby boomers and actually "relating" to their parents, listening to their record collections, etc. My observation was that in the early 80's most kids had zero in common with their parents, especially musically, the gap between Sinatra and Black Flag being pretty insurmountable. The "why?" look in the trashed parents' eyes says it all.
